A Board of Trustees formulates the policy of the DRFN
The DRFN itself falls
under the management stratagies formulated by the M8, a body with
representative directors from the various desks, projects, and other
DRFN divisions.
Programme and financial staff support all projects
and core activities under the following descriptions:
Community-based programmes
Environmental impact assessments
Research, synthesis and networking
Environmental education and awareness

Within
the four main areas of activity a wide variety of staff are employed
in various projects. These include post- doctoral researchers, post
graduates, graduates, diplomates, field assistants, volunteers and
labourers. |
