The first edition of the newsletter for The Livelihood Program for Okongo San Resettlement Projects (LIPROSAN) can now be downloaded from this side. The LIPROSAN programme targets the resettlement projects of Onamatadiva, Eendobe, Oshanashiwa and Ekoka in the Okongo Constituency of Ohangwena Region. The LIPROSAN Newsletter intends to share progress made and inform you of the projects planned activities.The LIPROSAN programmes in the Ohangwena Region are implemented by the DRFN and the Government.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!
The DRFN congratulates Valerie Boutin, Caitlin Butler, Samuel Kesseli and Mary Clare McCorry, students from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in the USA, who were awarded the President’s IQP Award 2011 for their study titled: Improving Water Quality and Sanitation in Rural Namibian Communities: a baseline assessment on Odendaal farms and development of community-integrated implementation. This study was conducted under the rural component of the E-CAP project.
