-Ensure continuous, equitable access to natural resources and services for all in Namibia
-Contribute to the achievement of food security, poverty reduction and enhanced livelihoods

SUSTANAIBLE DEVELOPMENT
-Contribute to the National Development Plans (NDPs) and Millenium Development Goals (MDGs) targets in relevant sectors
